Renters will be required to sign a rental agreement, waiver, and
occupant list before boarding. Renter must be a responsible adult 25 years
of age or older, with a valid drivers license.

 

Deposit: A $500 - $1500 security deposit is required and due within 7 days of booking.
Deposit may be made by personal check , corporate check , or credit card (Visa, Master Card) for reservations made at least 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made 45 days or less of arrival date will require immediate credit card deposit and total rental fee. Please note the security deposit is not part of your rental price. When your boat is returned on time and in reasonably clean and un damaged condition your refund check will be maild to you within 7 days.
Sorry no check cards : A signed imprinted credit card is required before any boat can be boarded.
NOTE: Refunds from credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

 

Payment: Full payment for the total rental period must be received 45 days prior to arrival. An additional security deposit may be required by management, if circumstances require it.

 

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made prior to 45 days of arrival date will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellations received less than 45 days of arrival date are subject to total forfeiture of entire rental fee.
( DATE CHANGES ARE CANCELLATIONS) **The deposit is non refundable if trip is not compleated!**

 

PETS: We know you love your pets, but we must ask that they not accompany you on your cruise. Any violation of this policy forfeits without exception the full damage deposit.
 
No personal barbecue grills of any kind on the boats.
No gas cans or batteries (boat or car) of any kind on the boats.

 

A rental fee does not include gas or oil. Tanks are full at departure, and must be full upon return. (Please allow plenty of time for refueling before your check out time.)

 

Renters must check-in and be ready to leave the Harbor before 6:00 PM (summer), 5:00 PM (off-season) or the boat must remain docked in the harbor until the next morning. Boats must not operate after dark, anyone operating boat after dark will forfeit his or her deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Please note, we cannot be responsible for the loss of cruising time due to inclement weather, personal injury, illness, accident, change of plans or mechanical failure.
